Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping email with your tracking number once it has been dispatched.

Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged, lost or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at elixirintimate@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will find a solution together.
Right of withdrawal & returns
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To do so, email us at elixirintimate@gmail.com with your order number.
For hygiene and health-protection reasons, intimate-care products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned (sealed sachets only). Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us, in their original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. You will be notified by email.
